Sometimes we’ll have to come out and see you to solve a problem. Sometimes we can help you over the phone. But hopefully the following common questions can save you a bit of time and you may not even have to call us at all.
You wouldn’t believe some of the things we’ve been asked over the years. “Can I print even if I don’t have a printer?” and so on. But here are the most regularly asked queries.

This really depends on how old your PC is and also what is wrong with it. Sometimes it isn't worth spending the money to fix your old computer or is actually cheaper to purchase a new one.

A service should improve start up times and make your PC more responsive. It should also make Internet Explorer more responsive although unfortunately we can’t speed up your broadband connection!

Again this depends on what is wrong with your PC. Most repairs take one to two hours, plus the cost of the replacement parts. We offer highly competitive rates.

How much will it cost me to repair my computer?

Yes we do! We aim to resolve most issues on-site. In some circumstances your PC may need to be taken to our workshop for further investigation but we’ll bring it back to your home or office when it is fixed.

Yes, and we can arrange an annual visit to make sure you are getting the most out of your PC, and try to extend its life for as long as we can.
